About Us

Founded by Dr Sandhu, Nottingham Ear Clinics ambition is simple: to enable better access to affordable, high quality ear and hearing healthcare.

We want to encourage regular ear and hearing health check-ups, as well as normalising the topic of ear wax. 

We want people to receive high quality ear and hearing healthcare as quickly and easily as they now access eye care.

Dr Sandhu graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School attaining her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in addition to Bachelor of Medical Sciences.

She continued her medical training at the Queens Medical Centre where she undertook specific training at the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) department.  It was during this period, she developed her interest in ENT & skills in microsuction.

She later went on to complete her GP training and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Along side extensive medical training Dr Sandhu has undertaken specific microsuction training accredited by the BSA (British Society of Audiology) and BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists).

Dr Sandhu also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and is a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Nottingham Medical School.

Alongside her Ear Clinic, Dr Sandhu currently works as an NHS GP.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

Nottingham Ear Clinic is one of very few Ear Microsuction Clinics in the country to have met the requirements for CQC Registration and we are immensely proud of this achievement.

Dr Sandhu will review your otological symptoms and discuss best management options, reducing the need to see your GP. 

A private prescription or a private referral can also be arranged should it be required.
