Established by a Medical Doctor

Founded by Dr. Sandhu, Nottingham Ear Clinic's mission is clear: to provide better access to affordable, high-quality ear and hearing healthcare.

We aim to promote regular ear and hearing health check-ups, while also normalising discussions around ear wax. Our goal is for individuals to receive the same level of timely, accessible care for ear and hearing health as they currently do for eye care.

Qualifications

Dr. Sandhu graduated from the University of Nottingham Medical School, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Medical Sciences degrees.

She furthered her medical training at Queen's Medical Centre, where she received specialised training in the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) department. During this time, she developed a strong interest in ENT and gained expertise in microsuction techniques.

Dr. Sandhu later completed her GP training and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. In addition to her extensive medical training, she has undertaken specialised microsuction training accredited by the British Society of Audiology (BSA) and the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and serves as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the University of Nottingham Medical School.

In addition to running Nottingham Ear Clinic, Dr. Sandhu continues to practice as an NHS GP.

Dr. Sandhu will assess your otological symptoms and discuss the most suitable management options, potentially reducing the need for a GP visit.

If necessary, a private prescription or referral can be arranged.
