Ear & Hearing Health Consultation
Includes
- Consultation with a GP
- Comprehensive ear examination with digital video otoscopy
- Photos and video images of both ears, available for your GP upon request
- Brief hearing screening to assess auditory function
- Should any abnormalities be detected in your ears, we have direct access to a team of Audiologists and ENT specialists for expert advice and guidance, as needed.
- Referral to specialist services, when indicated
- Tailored management plan
Microsuction Ear Wax Removal
Includes
- Ear & Hearing Health Consultation
- Microsuction treatment for one or both ears
- Complimentary follow-up visit, if deemed necessary by the clinician
- Onward referral, when required
- Tailored management plan
If no wax is found, only the standard consultation fee of £29.99 will be charged.
Removal of a Foreign Body
Foreign body removal involves the extraction of foreign objects, such as hearing aid domes, cotton buds, or insects, which may have been introduced into the ear accidentally. Timely removal is crucial to prevent infection and alleviate associated symptoms, including pain, hearing loss, and discharge.
As this is a more complex procedure, it requires the use of specialised equipment. Microsuction can be incorporated for an additional fee of £49.

Telephone Consultation
his charge covers a 15-minute phone consultation for patients who need to speak with a doctor before or after their appointment, instead of an in-person visit.
Home Visit / Care Home Microsuction
We provide a domiciliary service for patients unable to attend the clinic, within a 15-mile radius of NG9 7AY. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
Out of Hours / Emergency
For out-of-hours or emergency appointments, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, including evening and Sunday slots.

Sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops 10ml
Gently softens hardened ear wax prior to microsuction wax removal.
Earol Olive Oil Spray - 10ml
Earol, formulated with a refined blend of olive oil and mineral oil, is clinically proven to soften ear wax buildup, aiding in preparation for wax removal and preventing further blockages. This natural solution, containing pharmaceutical-grade olive oil, also soothes itching and irritation, while being gentle on the skin.
EarCalm Spray - 5ml
Earcalm Spray is used to treat minor outer ear infections. Containing acetic acid, an antibacterial agent, it inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, reducing both swelling and pain.
Earol Swim with Tea Tree Oil - 10ml
EarolSwim forms an invisible barrier to protect the ears from water during aquatic activities, preventing water trapping that can lead to Otitis Externa and bacterial infections. It also soothes irritation and reduces the feeling of fullness in the ears.
Otinova Ear Spray - 15ml
Otinova is used to treat ear canal inflammation or eczema. When sprayed into the ear canal, it has an astringent, dehydrating effect that helps relieve itching.
Otovent Autoinflation Device
If your ears feel blocked but there’s no ear wax, you may have negative pressure in the middle ear. The Otovent autoinflation device offers a unique, clinically proven, drug-free, and non-surgical treatment for glue ear, otitis media with effusion, and Eustachian tube dysfunction.
