In addition to microsuction ear wax removal, we offer comprehensive medical consultations for a range of ear-related concerns, including ear pain, tinnitus, dizziness, and middle ear conditions such as infections. Our clinic maintains strong partnerships with specialist Audiologists to provide advanced audiometry, tympanometry, and balance/dizziness assessments. We also have the capability to refer patients for further diagnostic investigations, including MRI and other imaging scans, and can refer to consultant ENT surgeons should surgical intervention be considered.

Consultations begin at £29.99 and include the following services:

• Consultation with a qualified GP
• Thorough ear examination & Digital Video Otoscopy
• High-resolution photos and video images of both ears, which can be sent to your GP upon request
• A brief hearing screening to assess auditory function
• If any abnormalities are identified, we have direct access to a network of Audiologists and ENT specialists for further advice and guidance
• Referral to your local ENT department, if necessary
• A tailored management plan based on your individual needs
• If treatment is required, our clinicians will provide appropriate recommendations (additional fees may apply)
