Specialist Private Ear Consultations & Treatments

In addition to microsuction ear wax removal, our clinic provides comprehensive private medical consultations for a wide range of ear-related conditions, including:

• Ear pain and recurrent infections
• Tinnitus
• Dizziness and balance disorders
• Middle ear conditions (e.g., perforations, Eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media)

All consultations are delivered by GMC-registered General Practitioners with specific training and experience in otological assessment and management.

We work in partnership with a network of specialist audiologists and hearing centres to provide advanced diagnostic assessments, including:

• Audiometry (hearing tests)
• Tympanometry
• Balance (vestibular) assessment

Where clinically indicated, we can also arrange:

• Ear swabs: samples analysed by a specialist microbiology laboratory to identify infection, enabling targeted treatment
• Private prescriptions for antibiotic or antifungal medication
• MRI and other imaging
• Referral to consultant ENT surgeons for advanced evaluation or surgical intervention
• Referral to one of our partner audiology centres for a complementary full hearing assessment (audiometry)

If any abnormalities are identified, we have direct access to a panel of ENT consultants and audiologists for expert review, second opinions, and tailored clinical guidance.

Consultations start from £30 and include:

• Comprehensive clinical assessment by a GMC-registered GP
• Detailed ear examination with digital video otoscopy
• High-resolution images and video of both ears (available to share with your NHS GP on request)
• Brief hearing screening to assess auditory function
• Personalised management and treatment plan tailored to your needs
• Referral letters to your GP or specialist services if clinically required

• If treatment is required, our clinicians will provide appropriate medical recommendations and prescribe medication when indicated.
• Additional procedures or treatments (outside of the consultation fee) may incur separate charges.
